27 september 2013, IIZT presented a new revolutionary eHealth platform for (ex)cardiac patients called ‘Hart.volgers.org‘ (translation: heart followers), at the Emerce eHealth event.
Hart volgers is a platform that brings them together so they can share their experiences with each other. The platform will be for (ex)cardiac patients, their family and friends.
We are convinced that by sharing experiences, feelings and expectations with others, the perception of both their health and disease will be improved.
